What about a walther ppk , would that be a good choice for a concealed carry weapon ?
that would be a good choice if we were in 1938 not 2008 The ppk, is an all right conceal carry gun, but the design tends to bite the hand. For half the money you can get a Bersa Thunder, which is less of a handbiter, and pretty much otherwise exactly the same gun. Now, the ppk is avaiable in 32 acp and in 380 acp. Back in the 20s and 30s, the regular PP was considered pretty much a full sized duty weapon, and the PPK was a slightly smaller one for detectives and the like to carry. However, our technology has changed a lot. Today, we are able to design 380s that are much smaller and much lighter than the Walther PPK. While these light guns will kick more, they won’t bite your hand, and they are much more comfortable to carry all day long, and generally safer, and usually much less expensive.
