What A-Level subjects are needed to become a barrister?

You can do any subject combination to go into law so long as you are doing mostly academic subjects and get grades of at least ABB. Different universities prefer different subjects for their law courses (eg. some prefer you not to have law at A-level, some like you to have it, some prefer maths whilst others like humanities). The subjects you are likely to do are absolutely fine. Picking the subjects you are best at is the best method in my opinion. So take those subjects and then choose universities that have them as preferred subjects (you can fing this on their websites/prospectuses).
