What a good way of meditation. buddism.?
I highly recommend Buddhist meditation, starting with meditation on breathing. From there you can try other methods. Basically it’s just: sit upright, relax, close your eyes (optional), and pay attention to the rising and falling of your abdomen while you breathe. Your mind will wander, and when it does gently bring it back to your breathing. Try it for 5 minutes, then 10, etc. It helps to know what you’re trying to achieve, and for that there are lots of books and online resources. A quick intro: http://www.shambhala.org/meditation/faqs.php#howtogetstarted. I highly recommend Thich Nhat Hanh’s The Miracle of Mindfulness, and online, in addition to the resources other people mentioned, I recommend Mindfulness in Plain Engish (http://www.urbandharma.org/udharma4/mpe.html and many other places on the web).
