A. The Schroeder YMCA Branch and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare (WFH) have entered into a partnership to develop a Healthy Lifestyle Village on the Brown Deer property. WFH will construct a new outpatient center on the Schroeder Property, due to open in March 2009. At the same time, the YMCA will renovate the Schroeder branch.
