No, the estimated quantity will not be revised by addendum. The estimated quantity for the Retaining Wall Modular Concrete should have been 23,405 SF (Phase 1A: 16,110 SF, Phase 1B: 7,295 SF). Final payment will be for the measured and accepted quantity.
