We’ve already started fundraising, can our endorsement be backdated?
Yes. Your organisation’s endorsement can be backdated. The start date you nominate at question 6 on the Application for endorsement as a deductible gift recipient (NAT 2948) can be a date in the past. However, the nominated date cannot be before your organisation became entitled to endorsement. The earliest possible date for endorsement is 1 July 2006.
