Westinghouse Fridge not working but freezer does?
I don’t know your model but the basics are generally the same. All your cooling is done in the freezer section. It moves air from the freezer to the refrigerator. For efficiency these days they often control the refrigerator air separately. And “multipoint airflow” suggests this as well. Something is blocking the airflow. Could be the thermostat is not opening the baffle to let the air in, the freezer fan not running, or ice blocking the airflow. And that ice may not be visible. Some units use a little motorized baffle to control the airflow. I have seen those go bad. What do you call “American style” Top freezer? Side by side? We have a lot of different “style” over here. LOL. I still suggest you might try turning it off and letting it thaw in case it is ice build up. Maybe it is and maybe not. But I have seen where leaving the refrig door open causes these symptoms by freezing up the air baffles or when the defrost goes out the refrig section stops cooling first and it hasn’t built u
