Were the Florida ballots cast in the 2000 presidential election ever actually completely counted?
Answer Hello, The official recount efforts were stopped by the US Supreme Court. However, a Media Consortium led by the New York Times and Washington Post tried to recreate the recount by examining the ballots in later months.
