Were specific noise abatement suggestions from the public considered, such as those associated with current airport operations and practices?
Yes. Every noise abatement recommendation was reviewed, including those provided by the public as well as those offered by the University and the Part 150 Advisory Committee. Some suggestions were implemented as part of the final recommendations. Others did not receive further analysis if deemed unable to be implemented for reasons such as safety.
