Jay-Z might not be such a major Yankees fan after all! (Or he just doesn’t have a sense of humor!) Music producer David Brody, of Elvis Duran and The Morning Show on Z100 (100.3 FM) in NYC, created a parody of Jay-Z’s Run This Town. His version is Yankees Run This Town and it’s become quite a hit on the radio with Yankee fans. That’s when Brody decided it would be great for Jay-Z to perform the modified song for all the Yankee lovers. Brody stated, “It would be the highlight of my parody career.” But what can you expect from Jay-Z, the man is obviously busy, so he passed. So Brody took to his Twitter and commented that “Jay Z just turned me down … damn!” Sad. Maybe for enough $$$ he’d record the song!
