Were my rights violated (regarding service animals and individuals w/ disabilities in the U.S./California)?
I definitely think you were within your legal rights and I would speak with a lawyer and eventually make my way to a NEWS station. They are obviously a horrendous company to deal with, because NO ONE deserves to be spoken to the way you were. I am so sorry you had to go through that.
