Were Karones and Andross lockets identical?
Their similarity wasn’t overtly commented upon in dialog. Visually speaking, they were apparently the same size and shape with the same childhood photos inside (see images below). Further, they may or may not have been identical on the outside; difficulty matching up their appearances comes from the fact that they usually had opposite sides facing the camera: Andros’s was usually shown with patterned side outward (see images below), while Karone’s (Astronema’s) was usually shown with smooth side outward, revealing an emblem which tended to appear on Astronema’s equipment (discussed below). Glimpses of the lockets’ non-traditional sides were often scarce, but it’s conceivable from the images below that they could match.
