Good god, people these days… Anyway, the only way you can get hormone supplements that you can be sure are -actually safe- (and what you’re looking for and not some weirdo item) is to ask your doctor. Since I’m a girl, and don’t plan on changing, I wouldn’t know what specialist to talk to for transsexual procedures, but I’m sure your general doctor could direct you somewhere appropriate. Also, I’d advise bypassing the patches and actually getting the supplement that you have to take. I’m not sure if it’s pills or needle-form, but generally, patch items tend to carry odd risks and complications with them that just aren’t worth it. Lastly, personally, I’d stay away from implants unless they’re actually shoving mammaries into you. The implant material can burst and cause some serious complications. That’s not an area you need to be having infections and weird fluids spilling about in.
