It depends. If you have not enacted an ordinance for the administration and enforcement of this act, L & I may provide a third-party agency such as MDIA to perform the plan review and inspection. However, if you administer and enforce this act, you only need to notify L & I so that they may observe municipal inspection of municipal buildings if they desire [Section 105 (b) (2)].
