Yes. Sorenson Communications has many deaf employees who contributed to the research and development of our IP Relay communication tool. One example of this is the intuitive use of GA or SK commands. With the feedback from deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, GA and SK are replaced with the “Enter” command at the user’s discretion.
