wow you are asking allot but don’t forget the up close images on google earth are not Satellite they are taken from an aircraft it would take a really powerful camera to see details like that from space and it would also require good weather and its not something you can do on the internet because it could be classed as spying if you want a live Satellite image the best thing to do is launch your own satellite.
