During our considerations, the scope of your request became apparent. Like your previous requests, ATI 3846 covers three separate policy areas which are administrated by three different departments of the Welsh Assembly Government. The disposal of Forestry Commission land is dealt with by both the Forestry Commission and the Assembly Government’s Farm Development Division. The Assembly Government’s response to the Cefn Croes wind-farm application was dealt with by the Assembly Government’s Sustainable Energy and Industry Division. Thirdly, TAN 8 was dealt with by the Assembly Government’s Planning Division. These issues would involve detailed examination of a vast amount of information. As the information you have requested constitutes environmental information as defined in the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIRs), your request needs to be considered under the EIRs.
