Weight Training To Play Better Golf Swing?
This is a controversy in the golfing community with one camp stating that aquiring golf fitness from weight training is beneficial for good golf swings while the other camp thinks that it is counter productive to golf swings. If there is such a split in opinion, then why is it that the majority of the professional golfers in the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) Tour are including weight training into their golf fitness exercises training programs and instructions to improve their golf games for competitions? As I see it, this confusion probably dwells around which training modalities, methods and exercises should golfers include in their golf fitness training and whther the physical workouts are similar to those usually found in fitness clubs and health gyms.
