Weight Loss Nutritional Supplements – Can You Really Eat All You Want and Still Lose Weight?
It seems that there is no end in site. I was in a grocery store the other day and noticed an ad for a new weight loss supplement that claims that you can eat as much as you want and whatever you want and still lose weight. I have to say that even knowing what I know, I was still tempted by the ad. Could it be true? Well, perhaps it is, perhaps it is not. I havent purchased the product, so I have no way of reviewing it. But it did get me to thinking about some things. It seems that more and more people are spending hundred and even thousands of dollars yearly on weight loss supplements in the anticipation of accelerating their metabolism. Their central deep underlying wish, it seems to me, is to be good-looking and perhaps even accepted by others. However, it is becoming a more complicated to achieve. The fitness industry is booming, nevertheless people seem unable to lose their unwanted fat in spite of all of their exercise and diet efforts. Why is that?
