We want to use the shared calendars functionality to book meeting rooms. Whats the best way to do this if a small group of administrators handle the bookings?
Because your users probably don’t want the meeting rooms showing up as additional layers in their calendars, a simple solution is to create a new webmail account in Messaging Maestro for every shared resource. Once you’ve created these, assign the default permission to “Read public”, and assign administration rights to the correct people. This way, everyone can view the availability of the rooms, but only those who have been assigned administrative privileges can make or alter bookings.
