We want to throw a party, but our townhouse is not large enough. Can we utilize our clubhouse and/or swimming pool for private parties?
Yes, the clubhouse and swimming pool are available for private parties if your lot is in good standing status. First, please visit the Calendar Webpage to see if the clubhouse or pool is available for your intended date/time. Next, you should review the Clubhouse and Pool License (rental) Application Forms (the forms may be downloaded from the Community Center Page). Once you have a date/time you’d like to reserve, please complete the online Reservation Request form (the link is in the upper right quadrant of the Calendar Page) so that an HOA member can make initial contact with you to answer questions and provide you with any further instructions.
