We want to offer some lines jointly with a neighbouring consortium. Do we have to “construct” a separate consortium for these lines or can we include details alongside our other lines?
A. While it may be sensible in certain cases to construct a joint proposal we would prefer applicants to agree which consortium is in the lead for any joint application and include full details in that application, including all the partners from both consortia. The other consortium in such a joint arrangement should explain in Part A of its own application form that it is planning to offer this line jointly and in Part B of the form should simply refer readers to the application form of the lead consortium. BOTH consortia should indicate in the online Management Information Form that they are planning to deliver the line concerned.
