We want to make sure that our JSP development efforts are thread-safe. Is it possible that two threads will access one instance of a JSP custom tag handler concurrently?

When I submit a form using the POST method to a JSP page, about 10% of the time I get back only half the expected reply, and Netscape pops up a dialog box indicating that the “Connection reset by peer”. The problem does not seem to occur when the form is submitted using GET. Any reasons why?
