We ve got an owner who can t read the board from across the room. Do you have a bigger board available?
We’ve always felt our original Draft Board is the perfect size, but there has been sufficient demand that we added a larger size. Both sizes of our labels have a big type size on them, so they’re large enough to read from a fair distance. However, I’ve never been at a draft where the owners had to constantly read the board. In my league, for example, many of the coaches are not even facing the Draft Board. A coach calls out the player he’s drafting and sticks the label on the board. The rest of the coaches cross that player off their draft list. They have no need to stare at the board. If they step out of the room, they can stand close enough to get caught up and not disrupt the draft. We’ve always said that Draft Labels are an organizational tool for the commissioner, not a game show.
