We used .vew template files in GroupWise to send boilerplate messages. Does Webmail Plus offer this feature?
Not per se, however there is a work around. Create the messages and store them in a separate folder named, for example, templates. When you wish to send a message, right-click the message and select Edit as New. Then simply add any new information and send as normal. If multiple people need to use these “templates”, the folder may be shared.
