If your child has begun with a different phonics program and is now switching to Little Stories for Little Folks, we would suggest that you take a few days and start at the beginning of the program, not skipping any of the steps or exercises listed in the Parents’ Guide. Doing so will ensure that your child has not missed any critical steps in learning to read.
