We use several criteria for team eligibility. What about Tadds?
A> Tadds allows for a wide variety of eligibility criteria (selective by activity). For example, a given team may use a combination of the following criteria: GPA, cumulative credits towards graduation, number of semesters in (high) school, age (min or max), number of F’s in last grading period, number of units/credits earned in last semester, number of units/credits attempted this semester, presence of parent consent form, date of physician’s certificate, insurance information presence, student debts, a citizenship (naughty) flag, and on-probation status. Other teams may use a different combination of the eligibility test criteria, and may even have different criteria for a given test, such as a gpa of 2.5 for Band and 2.0 for Football. A user-exit is provided in the Tadds eligibility-checking code to call a user-written module to handle eligibility criteria which may be unique to a given school.
