Mass install software uses special Windows account .DEFAULT to run RoboForm2Go-U3 installer. RoboForm2Go-U3 treats it as a real user and tries to create My RoboForm2Go-U3 Data folder for it. To correct this problem, run RoboForm2Go-U3 installer from real Windows account, say from Administrator.
