Mass install software uses special Windows account .DEFAULT to run RoboForm2Go installer. RoboForm2Go treats it as a real user and tries to create My RoboForm2Go Data folder for it. To correct this problem, run RoboForm2Go installer from real Windows account, say from Administrator. Or if you ran it already from .DEFAULT then delete registry value HKEY_USERS\.
