We presume that NEMAA currently has a roster of artists and arts organizations sited in Northeast Minneapolis (due to the annual Art-a-Whirl program). Is that true?

Yes. In 2001, approximately 300 registered. However, there are artists in Northeast that do not participate and are therefore not accounted for. NEMAA membership registration for 2002 has begun. Most artists will be registered by mid-March.
