Each of the properties has a fold-out couch or an extra bed. These are not available to renters due to rental laws in Bedford County that restrict the number of occupants to 2 per bedroom, as defined by the septic permit. These restrictions do not apply to homeowners. However, Silver Bay Owners Guild bylaws restrict the number of occupants to the maximums listed.
