We notice that it only took a 6 man crew to erect two 12 story buildings. Doesn U-Form put people out of work?

On the contrary, you are forgetting about the people who fabricated the U-Forms in the first place, as well as all of the rest of the subcontractors required to build those buildings including plumbers, electricians, HVAC, carpenters, tile setters, painters and the like. As a matter of fact, because U-Form buildings can be built twice as fast as the competition, and you can build two U-Form buildings in the same time as it would take to build only one of the other, you could argue that U-Form Technology actually doubles the work force demand.
