We need additional Scantron forms. Can we simply copy more forms of the assessments and surveys or do we need to order more copies directly from i-SAFE?

No. DO NOT COPY Scantron forms. Effective immediately schools no longer need to use the paper Scantron assessment procedures. Instead, they should use only the new online assessments whenever feasible (SEE THE ANSWER TO FAQ #2 ABOVE). Assessment question/answer forms are located on i-SAFE Americas website (www.isafe.org), which students access using their schools ID access code.
