We just ordered IXgen yet you sent “temporary” passwords. Whats with that?
A purchase-order was used to obtain your IXgen license(s). We’ll send regular passwords when we receive payment for your order. A grace period is included in the temporary password to provide a modest amount of time for check processing and mailing. Some Accounts Payable departments work at stretching payment terms to NET 60, NET 90, or even 120 days. Sorry, we can’t accept those payment terms. To avoid password interruption, be sure Accounts Payable stays on schedule.
