+ Outlook houses an individual’s calendar and tasks. When that person leaves, the information often disappears with their laptop or diary, and there is no way of accurately checking and reallocating their pending tasks. Furthermore, a spreadsheet can’t “talk” to Outlook to automatically set up jobs or reminders. Mango houses an organisation’s tasks. What’s more, the Mango modules “talk” to each other, generating reminder emails to keep you and your organisation on track. If an employee leaves and their tasks aren’t signed off, emails automatically escalate to notify the Mango Administrator. Tasks can then be addressed or instantly reallocated.
