Indigenous to Vermont (even in the winter) are cluster flies. They will appear on bright, sunny days, especially if the unit’s south side is built with large windows. The cluster flies are harmless; our apologies for nature’s way in Vermont. Ants also have a way of finding their way into the houses, and we have had a few other varmints make entry. We have a regular Pest Control Service, but nothing can work perfectly. If you detect any problem whatsoever, contact us immediately. Do not delay.
