We have used the OS/400 QRYDOCLIB command in Shared Folders. What is the equivalent command when working in the IFS?
OS/400 does not have an IFS command similar to the QRYDOCLIB command. However, IBM has a number of free IFS tools that offer functions not available in standard OS/400 commands. Even though these tools are not officially supported by IBM they might be useful if you are using the Integrated File System. One of the new commands is QRYIFSLIB. This command dumps information such as file size, owner, group, etc., to outfile QRYIFSLIB in library QGPL and sums the directory size. This command is similar to the QRYDOCLIB command that some people have used in combination with OfficeVision/400. The IFS tools can be downloaded from ftp://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/as400/fromibm/ApiSamples/ifstool.
