The attending district reports ADM for the students. If an interdistrict transfer agreement is in place (ORS 339.133(7)), the attending district claims the students as resident students and receives state school fund directly. If a tuition agreement is in place, the students are reported as residents of the resident district. The resident district receives state school fund and then pays the attending district in accordance with the tuition agreement.
