• No, you wont have to get new signs for little league teams. Act 132 provides exemptions from having the registration number in advertisements in the following cases: Sponsorship or recognition of sponsorships of civic, charitable or nonprofit events, teams or purposes; and writings or graphics on promotional clothing, pens, pencils, notepads or similar items.
