Rather than conducting the AGGE survey as well, please feel free to publish the results that you feel most appropriate from your current employee survey. In the future you may wish to conduct the AGGE survey or if the last survey was a while ago you may wish to conduct a AGGE survey to compare results. The AGGE survey is time and cost effective taking about 5 minutes for most employees to complete.
