We have one dealer number that covers multiple locations. Do I need to send in a separate Vehicle Dealer E-Permit Online Access Application for each location code?

Yes. When you sign up for E-Permitting, you will have to register each location separately. You will need to fill out and send in an application for each physical location you have (not including vessel dealer locations).
