We have NTP set up on our Sun boxes and someone told us we need to patch the sun servers to handle this. If we are using SUNs xntpd daemon, is there a problem with the DST change?

• Yes, even when running xntpd you still need to patch all your system. NTP has no notion of timezones so will not help in any way with the DST changes.
