Before upgrading Hotdocs v5.1 to v5.5 please ensure all users are logged out of the program and Word is closed down on the Administrator’s machine you are upgrading from. It is recommended that you test the upgrade before applying it to the live installation. Install v5.5 by clicking on the following link http://bingham.butterworths.co.uk/Forms/HDPlayer.exe. You will be given the option to save or open the player, please select either option. During the installation you will be asked for a destination folder, please select the appropriate drive. If you experience any problems with the installation please remove the program from ADD/REMOVE programs in the control panel and reinstall. Your settings should be retained as long as the Hotdocs.ini file is not removed.
