Yes. We are very pleased to confirm that Cloud Ten has settled its legal disputes with Tim LaHaye. As part of the settlement agreement, Cloud Ten and Mr. LaHaye have entered an agreement that would allow Mr. LaHaye to re-acquire the film and television rights it previously sold, which enabled Cloud Ten and co-producers Namesake Entertainment to produce the Left Behind series of films. Cloud Ten has put its development of Left Behind films on hold and has agreed to allow Tim LaHaye the opportunity to put together the producing partners and financing necessary to make films based on his Left Behind books. If Mr. LaHaye does exercise his option to remake the films and reacquire Cloud Ten’s rights, then Cloud Ten will, once again, be able to develop its rights to make sequels to its Left Behind films.
