Like any IT project, outsourcing requires active project management strategies from both sides of the table to successfully execute a project. We realize that the most crucial ingredient to successful project management are open channels of communication. We have systems of daily status reports (which detail the work done on a project on that specific day, in both, a text and visual form), daily conference calls between clients and the project manager and weekly project update calls. We also have a system of daily deliverables in order to ensure that there are daily developmental targets to achieve. This helps avoid last minute surprises for both the clients as well as us.
