We have graduate students using PGP WDE-encrypted computers. Can we switch their PGP Universal Server License to someone else when they leave?

• Yes, just send email to encryption@uic.edu giving us the name and netids of the person who is leaving and the one the license should be transferred to. • Multiple users can enroll on the same machine, so if the new person is using a different account on the computer, all they would have to do is enroll in PGP from that account. If the person who initially encrypted the machine isn’t available to unlock it for the new user, we have other means available to unlock the disks.
