Please see answer to question 1. It should be remembered that these subsets should map fairly neatly to the majority of standard services and that it is not recommended that each and every shrub is opened. However if you want to review your services in this level of detail it may work better for you to print out the service definition and have the consultant review this on paper. (You could also copy the service details to an excel spreadsheet and do this review online). Choosing to review SNOMED clinical terms in this way will be more time consuming and may involve a lot more paper.
