The problem is not the CD but the operating system of the school network. If an error occurs on installation please check the following: You have logged on as administrator to the computer and not just the network. XP: You have installed or are running on service pack 1 or higher 2k: You have installed or are running on service pack 3 or higher NT: You have installed or are running on service pack 6a or higher RM Connect 2.x: You have turned off file protector before installing. If you are not sure what this means check with the Network Manager or if you are a small school without such a person ask your LEA ICT team for advice.
