If they use our card instead of their prescription card, then they will likely need to send a copy of the receipt to their insurance company to ensure that the amount paid is applied to their annual deductible. If a card is registered with a pharmacy, and it is the same pharmacy that your employee’s health prescription plan is registered they will need to indicate which plan is being used for future prescription purchases.
