We have changed banks or opened a new bank account. How do I change the account numbers for EFT payments?
The Master User may select “EFT Maintenance” from the left side bar on any page. Click the radio button beside the appropriate Tax Type at EFT Accounting Information. Click “Modify Account”. Enter a descriptive EFT Account Name, the Routing Number and the Account Number. Click “Modify Account”. The new information will be reflected immediately. Note: if any pending Warehoused payments exist from your old account, they will not be made.
